Antenna Co-Location

We offer antenna co-location space, rack space and uninterrupted power supply to house customer equipment at our teleport located in Singapore. Customer may co-locate their antennas at our teleport or lease the use of existing antennas which we own.  Our teleport has line of sight to satellites located in the arc from 60° to 170° E and from 20° to 115° W in Ecuador teleport.

Satellite HUB-Hosting

Our teleport has extensive rack space to host your equipment.  It is also well connected by fiber to Tier 1 Telcos.  WebSatMedia has a diversified portfolio of Tier 1 internet backbone providers, to ensure that it has a resilient network which is able to maintain availability of better than 99.9%.

Additionally, WebSatMedia offers technical support on a 24/7 through its Global NOC in Singapore, Indonesia, Timor Leste and Ecuador.

Our service provides our customer with the following advantages:

Network Management

WebSatMedia has more than 17 years in the telecommunication industry, providing IP connectivity in more than 63 countries with high quality infrastructure and technology. As part of our commitment to our customers, we have developed an integrated and comprehensive network management tool together with stringent operational procedures to ensure the highest quality of service.

Critical to WebSatMedia service is our global Network Operations Centers (NOC). Located in Singapore, Indonesia, Timor Leste and Ecuador, our qualified engineers utilize our proprietary Network Monitoring system to deliver the most responsive service to our customers.

We focus on providing central monitoring of all network elements of our customers, including but not restricted to network traffic, remote IT and transmission equipment, system configuration and updating. This strategy allows for early detection and reporting of potential faults, permitting deployment of corrective actions in a timely and responsive manner. Our trained staff manages the networks 24/7, 365 days a year.
