WebSatMedia Pte Ltd (“WSM”) is committed to protect your personal data. WSM collects, uses, discloses and retains your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our own policies and procedures. - Performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
- Verifying your identity;
- Managing your relationship with us;
- Complying with any applicable laws, regulations, code of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
- Any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
- Transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes;
- Any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.
- WSM may disclose your personal data:
- Where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provisions of products and services requested by you;
- To third party service providers, agents and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in clause 3 above for us.
- You may request access to or make correction to your personal data held by WSM, and WSM has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing your request. Such a fee depends on the nature and complexity of your access request.
- Further, you may withdraw consent for the retention and disclosure of your personal data by WSM. Please note that if you withdraw your consent to any or all use or disclosure of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, we may no longer be in a position to continue to provide services to you, and such a withdrawal may therefore, result in the termination of any business relationship that you may have with us.

- WSM reserves the right to amend the Notice to Clients/Suppliers at any time to ensure consistency with any development to the way WSM uses your personal data or any changes to the laws and regulations applicable to WSM. The updated policy will be posted on this page. All communications and dealings with WSM will be subject to the latest version of this Policy.
